The Overcome Film Festival® is an international event designed to provide a platform for filmmakers, storytellers, and artists from around the world to share their stories of survival and triumph over adversity. The official program includes feature films, short films, music, and games across multiple award categories, including the Overcome Game Awards™. The festival especially encourages participation from filmmakers, composers, and developers globally to share their experiences in overcoming adversity, celebrating their growth and existence.

The theme of this event is overcoming adversity. The festival particularly encourages filmmakers, musicians, and game developers worldwide to share their stories, especially those involving overcoming challenges or adversities. The video game competition includes all types of games related to the theme, such as single-player, multiplayer, and mobile titles.

參賽資格：
Overcome Film Festival® 是一項國際性活動，歡迎來自世界各地的參賽者參與。所有提交的作品必須完全由18歲以上的成年人製作和呈現。
Eligibility: The Overcome Film Festival® is an international event open to participants from all over the world. All submitted works must be fully created and presented by adults (18 years or older).

• 報名開始時間：2024年12月1日
  Entry Opens: December 1, 2024
• 報名截止時間：
  • 提前報名截止：2025年5月20日
    Earlybird Deadline: May 20, 2025
  • 正常報名截止：2025年7月30日
    Regular Deadline: July 30, 2025
  • 延遲報名截止：2025年8月30日
    Late Deadline: August 30, 2025
  • 擴展報名截止：2025年9月30日
    Extended Deadline: September 30, 2025
• 評選結果公佈時間：2025年10月
  Results Announcement: October 2025

報名方式：
參賽者需要通過指定的提交平台提交作品。所有參賽者必須遵守活動規則並同意官方條款。
Submission Method: Participants must submit their works through the provided submission platforms. All participants must comply with the festival’s rules and agree to the official terms.

評審規範：

• 參賽作品必須是作者原創，並擁有相應的版權。
• 不接受攻擊性、非法、歧視性或有害內容。
• 禁止披露任何未經書面授權的個人信息或肖像。
• 作品須符合活動主題，並提供英文字幕。
  Judging Criteria:
• The work must be original and the participant must hold the copyright.
• Offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content is not accepted.
• Disclosure of personal information or likenesses without written consent is prohibited.
• Works must align with the theme and provide English subtitles if selected.

評分標準：
評分標準基於創意、表現、技術水平及如何呈現主題——生存與克服逆境。
Scoring Criteria: The scoring is based on creativity, execution, technical quality, and how effectively the theme of survival and overcoming adversity is portrayed.

活動獎勳：

• 證書：所有獲獎者將獲得電子證書。
• 公開發布：獲獎者的名字將會在網上公布。
• 無金錢獎勳：本活動不提供金錢獎勳，所有獎勳將以證書形式發放。
  Awards:
• Certificates: All winners will receive an electronic certificate.
• Public Announcement: Winners' names will be published online.
• No Financial Awards: The festival will forgo financial rewards and prizes in lieu of certificates.
