Pictoplasma 柏林動畫節是一項全球領先的角色設計與藝術盛事，自 2004 年起每年於柏林舉辦，致力於展示最前沿的角色創作與設計。活動包含動畫放映、展覽以及專業討論會，吸引世界各地的創作者與愛好者參與，成為現代視覺文化的重要推手。
The Pictoplasma Berlin Animation Festival is a globally renowned event for character design and art. Since 2004, it has been held annually in Berlin, showcasing cutting-edge character creations and design. The festival features animation screenings, exhibitions, and professional discussions, drawing creators and enthusiasts worldwide to shape contemporary visual culture.
活動主題 (Event Theme)
活動主題圍繞角色驅動的動畫創作，包括實驗性短片、敘事與非敘事動畫、音樂影像及動態圖形，探索創新的角色設計與視覺敘事。
The theme focuses on character-driven animation, including experimental shorts, narrative and non-narrative films, music videos, and motion graphics, exploring innovative character design and visual storytelling.
參賽資格 (Eligibility)
面向全球創作者開放，歡迎任何人提交 1 至 15 分鐘長的角色驅動動畫短片，包括學生作品、委託創作及獨立作品。
Open to creators worldwide. Submissions are welcome for character-driven animated shorts ranging from 1 to 15 minutes, including student projects, commissioned works, and independent productions.

報名方式 (How to Apply)
參賽者需填寫報名表並通過下載鏈接提交動畫文件（格式為 1080p Full HD Quicktime，ProRes 或高質量 H.264/mp4）。作品可通過指定的文件分享服務（如 WeTransfer）發送至 input@pictoplasma.com。
Participants must complete the entry form and submit their animation as a downloadable file (1080p Full HD Quicktime, ProRes, or high-quality H.264/mp4). Files can be sent via preferred file-sharing services like WeTransfer to input@pictoplasma.com.
評審規範 (Judging Guidelines)
所有符合規定的作品均由評審團審閱，篩選出具有創新性、藝術性且與 Pictoplasma 精神相符的動畫，入選作品將被收錄於官方放映節目中。
All eligible submissions will be reviewed by a jury panel, selecting works that demonstrate innovation, artistry, and alignment with Pictoplasma's spirit. Selected works will be included in the official screening program.
