壹、計畫主旨：

「加沃藝術計畫」由加沃文行發起，致力於探索當代藝術更深層次的多元性與可能性。本計畫透過開放式徵件發掘更多具原創性的藝術創作，拓展策展方法的邊界，並打造兼具多元性與開創精神的展覽平台。

本計畫採取年度遴選的模式，以機構作為策展方，每年將規劃一次正式的集中評選，遴選當年度的藝術家創作計畫，策劃以個展或雙個展形式呈現。機構將透過展覽延伸規劃藝術教育工作坊，使當代藝術、藝術家及其作品能夠被公眾深度認識與理解。

貳、徵件說明：

   一、徵件不限任何藝術媒材及表現形式。

   二、展期原則為 1 個半月(5 - 6 週)，實際展期以評選後另行商定為準。

   三、本計畫無償提供加沃文行展覽空間予計畫執行者使用，惟相關經費由執行者自行辦理。

   四、加沃文行提供相關行政支援，空間平面圖如附件。

   五、申請徵件需為近年公開發表之藝術創作。

   六、申請徵件提案若涉及商業營利事宜，得另案討論。

參、申請須知：

   一、申請資格：年滿 20 歲之個人，或各類立案團體，且目前無畫廊專屬經紀合約。

   二、申請資料：填具附件申請表與作品圖檔等參考作品相關資料。

   三、其他有利評審資料：近三年之作品集/圖錄/出版文宣等電子檔資料，以 3 件為限。

   四、申請文件請均以「打字」填妥，並以雲端連結寄至信箱：[email protected] ，信件主旨請寫 : 加沃藝術計畫申請表_姓名

   五、加沃文行提供行政、展務及展期間臉書專頁與其他平台之網路宣傳。

   六、缺件、逾時或未依資格準備資料者，恕不受理申請。

肆、評選方式

   一、評選委員：由加沃文行偕同學界及業界專業評審委員進行評審作業。

   二、徵件期間：即日起至 2025 年 5 月 5 日止。

   三、評選作業：採電子檔書面形式審理，視需要得以面試方式進行第二階段評選。

   四、徵件結果將於 2025 年 5 月 30 日公佈並以電子郵件另行通知。

伍、空間與設備說明

   一、展覽可使用空間約 12 坪，可容納人數約 30 - 40 人。

   二、開放時間 : 週二至週六上午 11:00 - 下午 18:00  (國定例假日休館)。(特定需求另議)

   三、可提供設備：照明設施、空調、無線網路、桌椅。(投影設備等其他需求另議)

I. Objective

The "+wò Art Project", initiated by +wò Cultural Practice, is dedicated to exploring the deeper diversity and possibilities of contemporary art. Through an open call, the project seeks to discover original artistic creations, expand the boundaries of curatorial approaches, and establish an exhibition platform that embraces diversity and innovation.

This project follows an annual selection model, where the institution serves as the curator. Each year, a centralized selection process will be conducted to choose artistic proposals for that cycle, curating exhibitions in the form of solo or dual exhibitions. Additionally, the institution will extend the exhibition program through art education workshops, fostering a deeper public engagement with contemporary art, artists, and their works.

II. About The Project

1. Artworks of all types of materials expressed in any form are welcomed.
2. The standard exhibition period is 5 – 6 weeks; the accurate period will be discussed after the selection procedure.
3. The exhibition space is rent-free. The applicants will have to deal with other costs related to the exhibition.
4. Exhibition-related administrative supports will be provided by +wò Cultural Practice. See the attached document for the space plan.
5. The application should be about artworks that are published in recent years.
6. If the application involves commercial profits, it would be discussed separately.

III. How To Apply

1. Eligibility : Individuals over 20 years old, registered organizations, or legal entities are welcome to apply, provided they do not currently have an exclusive gallery representation contract.
2. Application documents：Please complete the Application Form and submit artwork image files and other reference work-related materials.
3. The applicants are encouraged to provide up to 3 digital portfolios or publications of his/her artworks created in recent 3 years.
4. The application documents should be typed in BLOCK LETTERS and submitted via a cloud link to the email：[email protected] . The subject should be “+wò Art Project Application_Applicant’s Name”.
5. Administrative supports, exhibition supports and promotions on Facebook fan pages or other online platforms could be provided by +wò Cultural Practice.
6. The application will not be eligible if the applicant 1) fails to provide the requested files, 2) fails to send the application on time or 3) fails to meet the eligibility.

IV. Selection Procedure

1. Selection Committee：The evaluation will be conducted by the professional judges of the academic community and the industry.
2. Requisition period：The period begins as from today and ends on 2025 / 5 / 5.
3. Selection Procedure：The procedure will be based on the applicants’ digital forms, interviews may be held as secondary selections if necessary.
4. Requisition result：The result will be emailed to the selected applicants on 2025 / 5 / 30.

V. About the space and facilities

1. The exhibition space is about 40m² . Its capacity is 30 – 40 people.
2. Open hours：11:00 – 18:00, Tuesday – Saturday. (Special needs can be discussed.)
3. Facilities：lighting facilities, air-conditioner, Wi-Fi, tables and chairs. (Other requirements, such as projecting equipment can be discussed.)
